I am new to town, so did not have an existing eye doctor. I lost a contact and was in desperate nee... Show Mored to find a replacement.. I went online and saw that Doctor Pitts had good reviews, and even more amazing, I could book an appointment for the next day.
The experience in the office was just as positive. Office staff were friendly and efficient.
The process of checking my eyes was typical, but Dr. Pitts took great pains to make sure that I understood what the photos of my eyes showed. Most impressively, I told him that I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist also, but not for two months. He recommended that I keep that appointment, even though there were some overlap with the two practices. Nor did he try to sell me on getting a new pair of glasses, even though my prescription had changed somewhat. I’ll be getting the new contact lenses in about two weeks and I’m sure I will see Dr. Pitts in the future. Thank you.
