First and foremost, I love the office. The vibe is something you would look for in quality eye care. Dr Pitts was informative and explained things to me that had never been explained to me about my eyes. Lastly but certainly least, the ladies at he desk were amazing. From intake to choosing my frames and explaining the price break down, they were pleasant and helpful and really made the experience top tier!

I cannot recommend this eye doctor and their staff enough! (Dr. Pitts, Kesha, and Melissa) From the moment you walk in, the front desk team is incredibly welcoming and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and appointments run right on time. The doctor is exceptionally thorough, taking the time to answer every question and explain everything clearly. Thanks you guys!!!

I am new to town, so did not have an existing eye doctor. I lost a contact and was in desperate need to find a replacement.. I went online and saw that Doctor Pitts had good reviews, and even more amazing, I could book an appointment for the next day. The experience in the office was just as positive. Office staff were friendly and efficient. The process of checking my eyes was typical, but Dr. Pitts took great pains to make sure that I understood what the photos of my eyes showed. Most impressively, I told him that I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist also, but not for two months. He recommended that I keep that appointment, even though there were some overlap with the two practices. Nor did he try to sell me on getting a new pair of glasses, even though my prescription had changed somewhat. I’ll be getting the new contact lenses in about two weeks and I’m sure I will see Dr. Pitts in the future. Thank you.

The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and Dr. Pitts was professional, attentive, and clearly explained each step of the exam. The store was clean, centrally located, and the technology made my first-ever eye test comfortable and enjoyable. On top of that, I was given a clear summary of my exam results, recommended next steps, and lens/frame suggestions, which made it easy to understand and remember everything afterward. Altogether, it felt like a truly full-service, patient-focused experience.

Dr. Pitts is a very professional and thorough optometrist. I’ve had many eye issues from surgeries, astigmatism, early cataracts and the doctor was very precise in his measurements for my new lenses. Great experience.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Pitts, and once again I had a great experience. He is kind, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Melissa was absolutely 💯 wonderful today, and the entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for the efficient, excellent care. See you next year!

Decided to check this out close to my work, was super pleasantly surprised. Dr. Pitts and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, explained everything they did very clearly, and were not salesy at all about any products. Overall good vibes and a great experience!

Really great experience overall. Dr. Pitts made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything clearly without dragging it out. The team member who helped with frames was patient and gave honest feedback, and helped me land on the best option with my insurance. I also appreciated that they carry non-Luxottica brands.
